National Student Leadership Conference
Interactive summer programs in a wide range of subjects at 14 universities across the country. Programs include biological sciences, law, business, engineering, and art.

Boston University – Summer Journalism Academy
The Summer Journalism Academy is a three-week, on-campus, hands-on experience for high school students interested in journalism, writing or photography — a unique opportunity to expand their skills and prepare for college.

William & Mary Pre-College Program
The Pre-College Online Program is designed for high school students ages 13 and up, and offers a range of compelling topics, covered in-depth, through online coursework led by William & Mary professors.

Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation
A variety of online and in-person programs for students interested in engineering and STEM fields. 

US Naval Academy Summer STEM Program
Thinking of a career as a coder, game developer, designer, or robotics engineer? At the Naval Academy’s Summer STEM Program you’ll work with students from all over the country as you test your problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration skills.

University of Michigan Joy of Coding Camp
During this online program students use Python to learn how coding powers Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Siri…and even learn how to code their own Snapchat lenses! No prior coding experience necessary. 

Arete Summer Program at The University of Dallas
Students will enroll in an intensive two-week college experience as residents on UD’s Irving campus. By studying important classical texts, students will develop the indispensable reading and writing skills for advancing their college aspirations and will earn three hours of college credit.

The Black College Institute at Virginia Tech
The Black College Institute hosts talented, high-achieving, and academically curious rising high school juniors and seniors. For 2023, all three sessions will be held in-person over a 4-day period for rising juniors and 5-day period for rising seniors.

Boston Leadership Institute – Three-Week Programs
Our three-week programs are our most popular programs at BLI!  They provide a deep dive into a vast array of subjects in the STEM fields that many students don’t experience until college or grad school.  From Applied Physics & Engineering to Biological Research, and Marine Biology Research to Finance, you’re sure to find something that fits your interests.  

High School Summer Abroad
Experience a summer of language immersion, art courses, STEM courses, service-learning abroad, and other topics in one of 30+ destinations.

The Columbia Climate School
The Columbia Climate School in the Green Mountains, a 2-week campus-based program for high school students in Castleton, Vermont to mobilize action, drive impact, and effect change in response to our warming planet. Engage with experts from Columbia Climate School and learn about cutting-edge innovations in action.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Accounting Careers Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is a week-long, hands-on opportunity for Latino/a and African American juniors in high school to learn more about the accounting profession and about the key role accountants play in society.

Buckeye Precollege Summer Institutes at Ohio State
Buckeye Precollege Summer Institutes will offer academically ambitious and intellectually curious high school students the opportunity to participate in a two-week residential academic program designed to give them a taste of college life and prepare them for the road ahead.

Brown Pre-College 2023

Bucknell Academy Summer Experience
Bucknell Academy Summer Experience (BASE) is a collaborative residential experience where students are invited to explore the value of a liberal arts perspective in making challenging decisions to improve today’s world. At BASE, faculty and students from various academic disciplines will engage in classroom discussions in an effort to come up with creative solutions.

Volunteering at PALS
PALS is a nonprofit organization who creates immersive experiences where young adults with Down syndrome and their peers have fun, grow as individuals, and build transformative friendships. They do this through camps around the country with a one-to-one camper-to-volunteer/counselor model. PALS is looking for summer counselors; your son could be one of them!

Ingenuity Year: Climate Change in Coastal Maine
Ingenuity Year is a gap semester program based in Coastal Maine and developed for students with learning differences who want to take their learning out of the classroom and engage with the world. It’s for students who want to understand who they are as learners and as humans, and who want to use that understanding to learn better.

Free Summer Court Camps
As summer approaches, middle and high school students can choose from catalogs of camps that promise to improve everything from language skills to layup shots. Federal court camps prepare participants to be informed and engaged citizens in every walk of life, and at no cost. Camps are available in Connecticut, New York, Minnesota, Louisiana, and Wisconsin.

Summer of Engineering Tech
From camps in Big Data to Quantum Computing, don’t miss out on your opportunity to learn an exciting new emerging technology this summer and even find a new passion in STEM!
